Ordering and shipping your live edge slabs:

Orders may be placed by email, Sales@berkshireproducts.com, or by calling us at 413.229.7919 Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 and Saturday 8:30-1 Eastern Standard Time.

All orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card. We accept all major credit cards, business and personal checks. All of our slabs are shipped by UPS or freight truck and they require a street address, not a Post Office box number. You can also visit us and pick up your order during our regular business hours.

All orders ship via LTL freight carriers and must be accepted for delivery when the carrier contacts you to schedule. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the scheduled time.
If the carrier is required to hold your order at their warehouse because delivery cannot be made, storage fees will apply. Carriers charge $100 per day for storage, and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Notice on ACH/Check Payment Processing:
Please note that for orders paid via ACH or check, we hold shipments for up to one week to allow time for payment processing and verification. We will ship your order as soon as the payment is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding!

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $2,000 for slabs listed on our website that are delivered to a location within the lower 48 states. There is a $450 flat rate shipping charge for orders under $2,000. (Some exclusions may apply)

Our Return Policy permits returns within 30 days of purchase. Slabs must be returned in their original condition and sent back in the crate they were shipped in. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping unless the return is due to a company error; however, we will arrange return shipping for you through the freight company that delivered.
