Free Shipping on orders over $2,000!
| Ordering: | Orders may be placed by email or by calling us at 413.229.7919 Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 and Saturday 8:30-Noon Eastern Standard Time. All orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card. We accept all major credit cards, business and personal checks. All of our slabs are shipped by UPS or freight truck and they require a street address, not a Post Office box number. You can also visit us and pick up your order during our regular business hours. |
| Shipping: | FREE SHIPPING on orders over $2,000 for slabs listed on our website that are delivered to a location within the lower 48 states. There is a $300 flat rate shipping charge for orders under $2,000. (Some exclusions may apply) |
| Returns: | Our Return Policy permits returns within 30 days of purchase. Slabs must be returned in their original condition and sent back in the crate they were shipped in. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping unless the return is due to a company error; however, we will arrange return shipping for you through the freight company that delivered. |
No matter what size the slab or number of slabs in the order, we will properly pack it so it arrives to you in good condition.
